Please tell us when booking should you have any special dietary requirements.

Coming and going – Best to arrive between 5 and 7 p.m. but should you need to arrange an alternative time do call and we shall do our best to accommodate you. When leaving please vacate your room by 10.30 a.m.
Looking for an evening meal? Surrey villages are well known for their traditional pubs whilst Dorking and Horsham offer masses of options. Our local pub, The Crown, is just a stone’s throw away. Or try The Star at Rusper or The Plough at Coldharbour, both a short drive away.
Cyclists – We are bike friendly! Some of the best mountain bike trails in the south east can be easily reached from our doorstep. We are also situated on the Surrey Cycleway. We are happy to lock your bike in our garage overnight and should you need to wash it off buckets, soap and hose are to hand.
Overnight parking – There is usually space in our drive way, alternatively on road parking is available outside our property.
Smoking – Absolutely not – thank you for refraining.
Animals – Whilst we love animals, we are not able to provide for your pets. And, should you be a serious allergy sufferer, we do have a short-haired cat!
Safety – The Old Joinery is fitted with smoke detectors throughout and fire doors to bedrooms as required. We leave night lights on and when guests are staying we are always in residence.
For those with limited mobility – We are sorry but we have no ground floor rooms.
